Plans and credits

How does pricing work?+
Each plan includes a monthly credit pool. Credits are consumed as workflows run, and more complex runs can consume more credits.
What is the difference between Build Credits and Run Credits?+
Build Credits are used when creating or changing workflows. Run Credits are used when workflows execute in production.
Can I buy top-ups without changing my plan?+
Yes. You can purchase top-up packs for Build Credits or Run Credits at any time.
Do unused credits roll over?+
No. Build Credits and Run Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.

Usage and capacity

How many automations can run at the same time?+
Each plan includes a maximum active-agent limit. If that limit is reached, new runs are queued automatically.
What happens if I run out of Run Credits?+
New dispatches are blocked with 402 until you buy a top-up or your billing cycle resets.
Can I increase limits as usage grows?+
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan or move to Enterprise for custom limits and infrastructure.
